What i want to Do, and what should do You

I can:
create missing pages for your webpage, im php programmist as well as mysql etc.
You should:
DO something with lags on server, server itself is brilliant, but lags are really annoying and they just making me unable to play

I would appreciate if you could help me with php pages ... and the Lag, it is because I use the Server PC to connect because my other PC is damaged ... But any Lag be removed when no longer do so.
